Project

Node Scaffold Design worked with Proplant Scaffolding for over a year on this project. The project was a staggering 23 acre site spanning across 5 million square feet of space, including 2 million sq ft of office space, 3,330 residential homes, 3.6 hectares (8.9 acres) of public spaces, and 380,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and space for community use..

Across the various blocks being completed across the phases of this project, Node Scaffold Design have provided a variety of 2D and 3D bespoke designs to accommodate a wide range of works and complex scopes of works. To date, we have completed just over 100 design drawings and more ongoing regularly. Using our 3D capabilities we have been able to showcase some of the more complicated schemes, in regards to public interaction and space restrictions. To the end client and shareholders so they can clearly understand the scope of the scaffold.

This has been an amazing project to be involved in due to the scale of the works involved, along with the constant challenges to overcome due to the nature of the programme and scope of works.
